This retail pad included the shell and site for three new tenants– Chipotle, Potbelly, and Starbucks. The project was built on existing mall property, which required coordination with surrounding tenants and mall management.

 

The single-story shell was built of split-faced CMU and steel. The site includes a drive-through lane, planter boxes, awnings, landscaping, and surface parking for 45+ vehicles. The interior required roughing-in MEP for the three subsequent retail Tenant Improvement contracts.
