TIAA-CREF is an insurance and financial advisory company that employees thousands throughout the US. Zwick Construction performed a tenant improvement project and build-out for the TIAA-CREF office in Salt Lake City. 

This 6,000 SF office space has many different systems involved in the unique project. The DIRTT system is used in this space, closing off each office while maintaining ambient and artificial lighting throughout the design. The lighting, tile, carpet, and other materials are used beautifully in this project. It was built according to the TIAA-CREF construction guidelines and standards, making it cohesive with their projects throughout the U.S.

This project required extra consideration because this client leased the remaining open space within the new office building. Zwick was sensitive to the existing tenants’ operations as we performed the build-out.
