Currently under construction by Zwick Construction and our JV partner, the Summit Vista Community will be the largest senior living community in the state. There are more than 25 unique floor plans of residential living space, spread across 1,600 units and 20 residential structures.

The 100-acre parcel will also welcome a nationally-branded grocery store, a full-service medical clinic by a leading healthcare system, several places of worship, and other services.

Zwick has completed residential buildings 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4, as well as the $36M medical facility.
