This project was completed just prior to the annual Utah Shakespeare Festival commencing. The project consisted of renovating the existing gift shop, updating the plaza with new site concrete and landscaping, installing a custom clock tower, and adding a new concession stand in the plaza. The total size was approximately 16,000 SF, of which most was exterior improvements and site work.

Because it is a functional facility, Zwick overcame challenges such as protecting the guest experience by coordinating all activities with the end user and facility managers. Zwick scheduled invasive activities during hours of operation which would minimize or eliminate the effects of construction on the visitors to SUU.
