The Roxbury Institute, a medical treatment center for lipedema and plastic surgery, combines state of the art medical technologies with premium styling (often called “resimercial design”) to offer patients the most positive experience possible. 

Zwick completed the TI for this suite in 2024. The remodel included a procedure room, operation room, pre- and post-operation areas, clean storage, and several nursing stations.

By nature of a healthcare project, the team had to follow strict guidelines during construction, including consistent cleaning and installing special medical-grade materials. 

Because the building was still in operation during construction, the project team took precautions to minimize disruptions and keep dust contained. 
The team worked through delays of the air handler and generator to deliver the project to the owners.
