This unique project is located mid-mountain at the Park City Canyons Resort. The lodge is serviceable in the summer months by a winding, four-mile dirt road. The project schedule was compressed between the ski seasons.

The final few weeks of the project schedule had access by the gondola system only, requiring a constant attention to scheduling and seasonal conditions. In order to keep up with more current styles and needs, the owner hired Zwick to complete a remodel of the space. That remodel included the dining area, upstairs deck and dining space, kitchen/service area, and patios. The contract also included a new entrance.
