Come the new year, employees of the numerous Lehi, UT tech companies will have quick access to a new Starbucks in the epicenter of the Silicon Slopes. The core and shell of this new Starbucks was completed by a Zwick Construction team in November.
Formally labeled the “Lehi Block Retail Plaza,” this contract included the 2,400 SF core and shell, site work, and a drive-through lane. Once the building was turned over, Starbucks's internal construction team took over the tenant improvement project within the building, expected for completion in late January.
The Lehi Block Retail Plaza was delivered on a tight schedule, within four months. With such a brief turnaround, the team had to work through challenges quickly and effectively. Owing to the dedication of many firms, combined with an excellent Zwick project team, this project was turned over to happy owners.
In addition to the Lehi Block Retail Project, Zwick teams have delivered many projects to the owner, including the View 21 and Cold Springs retail plazas and Lewis Landing. Congratulations to the entire project team on a successful delivery.
