July Beginnings: The Stack Apartments

Located next to Salt Lake’s retired brickyard stack, the Stack Apartment project officially began in mid-July after going through several months of intensive preconstruction processes that brought the project into the owner’s budget.

The Zwick Construction team began the project by demolishing four existing structures.

At its completion, the Stack will provide housing in its 254 units. Residents will have access to a pool, fitness center, business center, and more.
