In honor of several recent project completions, we’d like to highlight a key trade partner—Delta Fire Systems— for their hard work and dedication.
Delta Fire offers services including fire protection, alarm, and sprinkler systems; wet and dry chemical fire suppression systems; paint booth systems; fire pumps; CCTV; alarm monitoring; corrosion management; and more. With their in-house specialties, Delta Fire is able to offer a one-stop shop to clients.
Embracing innovation is an integral part of Delta Fire’s identity. For example, on most projects, they utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) to identify issues virtually, before crews even enter the project. They also have expanded their services from the original offerings to incorporate new technologies.
Just over 60 years ago, William Pickett and Nels C. Sparr established Delta Fire, looking to combine state-of-the-art fire protection with customer service. In 2008, Delta Fire was acquired by APi Group and is now a part of Western States Fire Protection.
Since Zwick Construction’s opening, we’ve partnered with Delta Fire on several projects, including American Fork 860 Apartments, Slate Apartments, the Cedar City Temple, several Intermountain Health jobs, Sorrento Park, Alpine Pediatrics, our St. George office, and more.
