In January 2022, a Salt Lake City Zwick Construction team held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new office space of Triple Net Acquisitions, Primed Real Estate, Chocolate Homes, and Landex Development. The groundbreaking of the new center, called the Lone Peak Parkway, took place on January 27, 2022.
During the ceremony, President of Chocolate Homes, Ross Holliday, explained that the groundbreaking represents many months of hard work and prequalification.
At its completion, Lone Peak Parkway will be a steel-framed, three-story office building. The 22,000 SF complex will sit on the west side of the property with a parking lot to the east. After the design of the building was completed by Gould+ Architecture, it went through an intensive preconstruction process with Zwick Construction.
