This April we honor and celebrate Cost Accountant Lane Kiriyama who retired from Zwick Construction following six remarkable years of service. His contributions to the company and his co-workers have been vast, and we appreciate his positive influence.
Throughout his time at Zwick, Lane was instrumental in delivering the Brookfield Apartments, 6th + Main, Slate Apartments, Sloane Apartments, Pictureline, Camber, Salt Lake Tennis & Health Club, Arcadia Clubhouse, The Advenire Hotel, Eagle Mountain Seminary, Golden Corral, Eagle Gate Apartments remodel, Abbey Inn, and many more. With every project Lane worked on, his dedication to accuracy and fairness resulted in relationships of trust, both internally and with our trade partners.
Lane has always been known for his kindness and even-tempered personality. Even during stressful situations, Lane never spoke ill of anyone. His commitment to living a life of integrity is evident in the way he treated everyone he worked with.
Of his long-time friend, CFO Mark Bateman said, “I have always admired Lane for his honesty, hard work ethic, and kindness. He has always been positive and happy. I don't ever remember an unkind word from him. I am grateful that we have had the pleasure of working with Lane. He has indeed been a great employee that follows our core values of passion, integrity and teamwork.”
