Foothill Village Redevelopment

After nearly 40 years, we're excited to be back at the Foothill Village shopping center for a large tenant shell redevelopment and facade remodel project.

Construction will begin with demolishing the former Stein Mart building, then turning the area into an open-air shopping center and plaza. Running concurrently, teams will remodel the facades of the tenant shops adjacent.
