Over the years, our Zwick Construction Irvine Office has developed a strong relationship of trust with trade partner, California Structural Concepts (CSC).
CSC was formed in 1980 in connection with JA Horne Construction. A second generation company, CSC is a structural concrete construction company, specializing in podium style buildings, parking structures, and concrete-framed hotels and offices. Their contracts are mostly comprised of building concrete, CMU, reinforcing steel, post-tensioned cables, and shotcrete operations.
Throughout the years, CSC has completed projects for Embassy Suites, UCLA, Western University, Toyota, Mercedes, and most recently, Zwick Construction’s 4850 Hollywood and 4900 Hollywood (as well as former projects, Yale, Broadway, and Cloverfield). The bulk of their work is completed in Los Angeles, Ventura, and Orange Counties.
In total, CSC has 166 employees and works on about 14-16 projects at a time.
“CSC exhibits our core values, particularly, Integrity. They are responsive to schedule needs, provide adequate manpower, issue COs without delay and more. CSC has been ideal to work with."
Many Zwick Construction personnel have expressed their appreciation in working with CSC, As represented by the project manager of 4850 Hollywood, “CSC is fair. They pointed out a change order error that was in their favor amounting to tens of thousands of dollars. They are keepers.”
