Completed in Draper, UT, this tilt-up office building serves as the corporate headquarters for Onset Financial, a growing financial company.

Just weeks before the construction phase began, the owner requested that another floor be added to the design. This resulted in re-designing and engineering the entire project, meeting the city’s permitting process and adjusting the construction budget.

The award-winning building features board-formed concrete. The interior finishes of the Onset Financial building include beautiful walnut floors, chrome railings, integrated steel décor, a glass atrium, and floating cloud ceilings. The building has several offices spaces, a lunchroom/breakroom, lobbies, gym, spa, executive suite, and virtual golf space.
