The Meadow Peak Senior Care Center is an Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing Facility. It was constructed along with our JV partner as part of the Summit Vista community, in Taylorsville, UT. 

Meadow Peak provides studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, along with services for inpatient and outpatient therapy, pharmacy, mail, beautician, barber, laundry, housekeeping, and more. The facility has 54 assisted living apartments; 22 studio apartments, which includes 20 one-bedrooms and 12 two-bedrooms; 20 memory care suites; 63 skilled nursing suites with 75 beds; 51 private skilled nursing suites; and 12 semi-private skilled nursing suites.

The structure combines several material types, to result in a design which features exposed timbers, and soaring roof lines. The three-story wing was built with steel and concrete, to the specific seismic requirements of the region.
