The Marriott Newport hotel, consisting of several luxurious villas, hired Zwick Construction to remodel and assist in the preconstruction of their tide pool, one of the main attractions of the resort. During the work, Zwick created a beach walk-in pool, a splash play area, an enlarged spa, a pool bar, and an outdoor showering area.

 

Since its completion, this pool has been popular among the hotel’s many guests.
