Zwick Construction delivered the Orem Central Clinic expansion and remodel for Intermountain Health– Utah’s largest healthcare system. This expansion included a new area for the pharmacy, staff kitchen, conference room, and kitchen. The exterior system of the entire building was replaced, including masonry, glass, and landscaping. The entry was reconfigured and the lobby was remodeled. 

The design also added new exam rooms, offices, records area, and patient services area. This project was completed adjacent to a functioning hospital, which required extensive coordination with hospital administration and staff. It was also completed while keeping the clinic open for patients, and required coordination with medical and administrative staff daily.

Zwick completed this project on budget and on schedule.
