This new facility serves as the corporate headquarters and operations center of Deseret First Credit Union. The 60,000 SF office building features a data center, soaring steel staircase, and extensive site work. The twelve-month contract was completed on schedule and on budget.

The contract includes the main structure, a large garage/maintenance building, and several surface parking lots. The office building serves several hundred employees and executives as the corporate headquarters for this financial institution.
