Darin grew up within a construction family and was exposed to significant projects his entire life. He has the ability to motivate people around him to improve their performance. Darin has an intense desire to build great relationships with everyone, especially clients and employees. This trait is visible in his construction management expectations, resulting in a professional, transparent construction process which yields quality buildings.

Darin’s leadership skills are an essential ingredient to the success of his projects. He quickly learns the strengths of his team, and nurtures those strengths to achieve project success. His enthusiasm and passion are contagious. His ability to visualize construction details prior to construction is key to his success in identifying and mitigating constructability issues.

 
Before re-establishing Zwick Construction in 2007, Darin was employed at Suffolk Construction and Okland Construction. Throughout his career, Darin has delivered the Marriott Newport Coast Villas, Novell Office building, multiple projects at Brigham Young University, Lennar’s OceanAire, the Fort Lauderdale Temple, and more.
