This single-story office building accommodates the rapidly growing management, staff, and clients of Chrysalis Southern Utah. The wood frame structure on-grade features long board paneling along the front vestibule with fiber cement panels finishing the rest of the exterior.

 

With close collaboration between the architect and subcontractors, the Zwick Construction team saved thousands of dollars for the owners through numerous value engineered items. In addition to surface parking, the site allows for future office building placement.
