This facility anchors the new Arcadia community in Santa Clara, UT. Sitting prominently in the center of the residential development, this clubhouse provides space for events, as well as amenities for the homeowners. Some of the interior amenities include a large community kitchen, service area, and spacious workout facility.

One highlight of this facility is the many aquatic features. A lazy river, custom pools, water slide, and other water features wrap around the property, providing access to several cabanas and outdoor gathering areas. Faux red rock was used in the design to reflect the nearby geography.

The clubhouse features high-end finishes and a design which complements the surrounding structures and area.
