Complete interior renovation and remodel of an existing 4-story 144,000 square foot office building including new mechanical and electrical systems as well as replacement of the existing roof.
Provided over 4 million in seismic and structural retrofit throughout the entire building, and then completed all the tenant improvement. Scope also included a new 2 level post tension concrete parking structure and a refurbishment of an existing parking structure across the street.
Project was completed in 10 months on schedule.
